BASIC BOOT CAMP
What is Boot Camp? , , , Boot camp is a one-hour multi-disciplinary , cardio workout session including agility training,running,plyometrics,race walking, and sprints. , Expect a little bit of everything, including a guarantee that you will get a good workout. Boot Camp is open to both sexes and is held once a week. The day of the week may vary from contest to contest.
Where is Boot Camp held? Boot Camps ,will be ,held at various locations (see schedule for days,location and times). There will be weekly Boot Camps held following each Results Group meeting. , Out door Boot Camps will be helps through out the Challenge as well ( see the Calendar for scheduled days, location and times, they may vary with each Challenge).

Is there a cost? , Boot Camps ,are FREE for all Challenge participants.
Are there other requirements? , , The only requirement is a desire to get a good workout and work up a good sweat. , ,Some of ,the Boot Camps ,may be ,held outdoors it is strongly ,recommended that you dress in layers and wear a supportive pair of athletic shoes. , Don''t worry if you have never attended a cardio class *or* a boot camp before, the expert instructors will help you adjust the exercises to ,your individual level of ,fitness and ability. ,ANYONE BEGINNING A NEW EXERCISE PROGRAM SHOULD CONSULT WITH THEIR PERSONAL PHYSICIAN BEFORE ATTENDING BOOT CAMP.
Do I get the services of a personal trainer? Although there will be trainers and volunteers present at the Boot Camps, we do not offer individualized training. If you have limitations, the trainers will do their best to show you exercise modifications to the extent possible within the group environment. However, due to the size of the Boot Camps, it is not possible to address the individual needs of each person. We suggest that you use common sense and work within your abilities. If you need more in-depth personal assistance, personal training is available at an affordable rate at ,all Defined Fitness clubs.
Are children allowed? , Boot Camps ,are rigorous workouts and ,are not recommended for young children. ,Please be aware that childcare facilities are not available at the Results Group,and ,Boot Camps, so please make arrangements for your children. ,
While we are happy to allow ,entrants in the Youth category to attend Boot Camp, they will only be allowed if they are 15 and older with out the accompaniment of a parent *or* guardian. , ,Also, parents ,are required ,to sign a release of liability before their children are allowed to participate. ,We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
