EXTREME BOOT CAMP
What is Extreme Boot Camp? Extreme boot camp is a 90-minute military-style workout session. Expect a very difficult workout, testing your strength, endurance, and motivation. This course is often referred to as an "Assault Course."
Where and when is Extreme Boot Camp held? Typically, the course will be held at locations that offer a variety of obstacles and challenges that create an extremely difficult workout. Times, Dates, and location will be announced.

Is there a cost? Extreme Boot Camps are FREE for all Challenge participants.
Are there other requirements? Modifications for physical limitations will be offered,please advise the leaders if you are in need of this. This course will test even the most serious athlete. Wear long sweatpants, a long-sleeved shirt, and bring gloves. Some locations have rocks and stickers. Bring plenty of water. Wear a hat and sunscreen. If you have back or knee problems, this activity is not recommended.
Do I get the services of a personal trainer? Although there will be trainers and volunteers present at the Extreme Boot Camps, we do not offer individualized training. If you have limitations, we suggest that you evaluate if you should attend the Extreme Boot Camps.
Are children allowed? Extreme Boot Camps are rigorous workouts and are not recommended for young children under 16. Please be aware that childcare facilities are not available at the Results Group, and Boot Camps, so please make arrangements for your children.
